Dreaming of Summer

It never fails.  This time of year is the absolute hardest to get through!  The holidays are over and now we just have frigid, cold, snowy weather to suffer through for the next three months.  I miss the warm weather, sunshine on my face and flipflops!  But the thing I miss most of all is camping in our little teardrop.

We named her ThirtyYearsInn because we purchased her for our 30th anniversary trip around the country.  You can read about our trip right here ramblingteardrop.blogspot.com.  Right now she's sitting in our cold garage beckoning me.  I'd like nothing more than to hook her up and head south a few weeks!  Though right now Atlanta is in a gridlock of cold and snow and ice too!
Here are some more pictures of camping last spring and summer...makes me want to grab a book and a cocktail and put my feet up!

New...New...New!

Sunday Mornings are the Best!

I love Sunday mornings.  Kevin makes us breakfast and we can usually be lazy for a few hours.

Today was no exception.  French toast, bacon, 1/2 spinach omelet and fresh fruit...yum!  He's the best!  I love him so.

New Shelves!

I had to run to Jo-Ann's this morning and decided to take a little detour to the Vermont Bobbin Country Store....even though it was snowing and the roads were covered and I hate driving in the snow.  A girls got to do what a girls got to do!  If you live near Barre, Vermont you're doing yourself a disservice if you don't visit this store...regularly.  I just thought I would share my purchase.

I got this cute little three shelf stand!  The shelves are very rustic and have the potential to give me splinters...which is why I love it!  I found the perfect corner to put it in.  How long do you think it will take the Mr. to notice it?  I say 2 weeks...minimum.
